Microsoft’s Xbox One Reveal

Xbox_One_Console_and_ControllerXbox One, the successor to the Xbox 360 and the third console in the Xbox family was announced May 21, 2013, Similar to the PS4 , the Xbox One will feature compatibility with the x86-64 instruction set also will feature a Blu-ray Disc drive, as well as 8GB of unified memory in the form of high performance DDR3.

I really am not an Xbox fan and also the shape didn’t really get to me, but this is definitely going to directly compete with  PlayStation 4 and Nintendo’s Wii U.

Lets talk specs here:

The Xbox one got a powerful eight-core processor, sixteen times the RAM of the original 360, a much more capable version of Kinect that lets you make Skype video calls in HD, advanced Wi-Fi, a Blu-ray drive, HDMI input and output, and three operating systems. (Xbox OS, a special version of Windows and a bridging OS which melds the two into one experience.)

Now both consoles the PS4 and The Xbox One will be released later this year, the question yet remains, which one will you get guys?

Does anyone know if they will be opening any branches or already have a location in Kuwait? Because it seems they only serve through 6alabat.com :(

“CEO Thorsten Heins announced BBM will soon be available on Android and iOS. The messaging app will launch globally this summer. This is a huge move for BlackBerry as it brings BB10′s strongest feature to literally hundreds of millions of potential users.”

Do you think Blackberry will survive the battle after having their so-called super messaging app available also on other devices? I say Farewell BB :D

Meteor Showers to be Visible in Kuwait زخات من الشهب تدخل سماء الكويت اليوم

Meteors will be visible in the Sky of Kuwait today until the 25th of April said the Kuwaiti astronomer ”Adel Al-Sadoun”, The best chance to catch a glance is at 3am from the north side. I know i will be sleeping like a fat kid at that time so whoever will be watching enjoyy :D

قال الباحث الفلكي والمؤرخ عادل السعدون ان زخات من الشهب ستدخل سماء الكويت بدءا من اليوم وتستمر حتى 25 ابريل الحالي موضحا ان تلك الزخات ستبلغ ذروتها يوم الاربعاء الموافق 22 ابريل.

 وذكر ان افضل وقت للمشاهدة سيكون في الساعة الثالثة فجرا وحتى طلوع الشمس مشيرا الى ان موقعها يكون في النصف الشمالي من السماء قرب مجموعة (القيثارة النجمية) وتكون فوق الرأس تقريبا.

Boston Marathon Bombing تفجيرات ماراثون بوسطن

Runners continue to run towards the finish line as an explosion erupts at the finish line of the Boston Marathon

Two bombs were detonated during the Boston Marathon yesterday April 15th , just before the finish line, They killed 3 people & injured at least 144 others as per the recent news, There are yet no official suspects. 

I just feel sorry for the families and everyone who lost a dear soul in the incident, nobody deserves to die like that its just horrifying, but it just bothers me to see how all western media immediately pointed hands at the Arab & Muslim world with not yet clear evidence whatsoever!

With what’s going in Syria, Iraq, Pakistan or Afghanistan all i can blame is the US government for making the middle-east a flammable area, their own agenda is now known by everyone , and its just a matter of time until we hear another statement saying the US wants to invade another country. Thank you for importing democracy to the arab world within the last two years.

Could This be the New Play Station 4?

PS4-Concept-Playstation-4-01When Sony announced the device in February, we were all dying to see the new masterpiece, the surprise was incomplete  as they only showed the Dualshock 4 Controller and left us fans wondering and speculating how it might look like!

A new rendered concept surfaced the internet recently showing a console with a very “boxy” design, with no rounded edges whatsoever. Looks very similar to the PS2 but yet this is only a concept.

What do you think about the design? i know i want to see something lets say “More Revolutionary” not like this at all.

Google Buying WhatsApp App? جوجل ستشتري واتساب بصفقة مليار دولار

According to rumours technology giant Google is looking to acquire the software company that have developed and created WhatsApp. The move by Google is similar in style to that performed by Facebook when they acquired the social photography website Instagram for $1 billion USD.

Digital trends has stated that the deal between Google and WhatsApp could be worth well over $1 billion USD, which is what Facebook paid for Instagram. Interestingly, Facebook were also interested in WhatsApp at one stage so it is still possible WhatsApp could be negotiating with many companies at the same time.

Such news if happened will surely bring Google to the front and will make many Android users even more satisfied with their decisions like me. :D

‘Anonymous’ Launch Cyberattack on Israeli Sites اسرائيل تسقط في حرب الانترنت

AnonymousI sleep yesterday and wake up to such pleasing news, The known group of hackers called “Anonymous” did it again, a massive cyberattack on so many government Israeli sites since yesterday night.

Posters using the name of the group had warned they would launch huge attacks on Israeli sites in a strike they called#OpIsrael starting April 7.

Israeli officials said, “hackers had mostly failed to shut down key site, so far it is as was expected, there is hardly any real damage”.

So many sites were hacked and went down with posters of the group and yet as usual the Israeli government claim that everything is under control.

la-fi-tn-facebook-htc-first-20130404-001Meet the long promised smartphone by Facebook, HTC first was announced today April 5th at a special conference. The interface is optimized for Facebook Home, a new interface for the Android operating system.

The mobile is equipped with a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor and 4.3-inch screen, which is average. I think Facebook fans would want to look at it, but am sure it doesn’t bring anything new.
